I have realised that AI revolutionise digital world and has already started to transform how we consume information, conduct business and interact with technology. AI is shaping every aspect of digital experience in the whole world whether its personalization, customer service, content creation or education and learning.
PERSONALIZATION USING AI.
AI is at the heart of personalization which has become an important feature of modern digital experience. It analyses our behaviours and data(demographics, browsing history, purchased decision) and make tailored recommendations according to it. It also uses real-time adaption, meaning that it can be adjusted based on our current actions and preferences. Personalization can be done on different platforms like:
- E-commerce – Products are recommended based on my browsing history and past purchases.
- Content Platform – Helps customise my feed and suggest videos, images, text based on my preference.
- Advertisement – Showcase targeted ads based on my demographics, online behaviour and interests.
AI IMPROVING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
AI powered chatbots have improved customer support by offering instant responses and solving errors in no time like Apple’s Siri, Amazon’s Alexa etc. These virtual assistants respond to consumer inquiries in real time, providing relevant solutions without human intervention. This feature is available 24/7, ensuring we can get help whenever we want and can handle multiple customers simultaneously and provide a seamless experience. It also help businesses reduce customer service costs. Approx 56% of businesses use AI for customer service tasks.
AI IN CONTENT CREATION.
I know that content is the king in digital world and creating a high-quality engaging content is not easy and can be time consuming. However, AI has made content creation more efficient and accessible. From generating text, images, videos, articles to designing product descriptions, social media posts and assisting marketing strategies, AI’s ability to optimize content is quite impressive. It also assist script writing and generating story ideas for OTT platforms to analyse audience’s tastes and preferences.
However, there may be a downside too, which includes lack of personal touch, creativity and originality. I feel AI generated content needs human editing to ensure overall quality and clarity.
AI ENHANCING EDUCATION AND LEARNING.
I feel like not only in industries, but AI has also improved the education and learning sector. AI is reshaping traditional classrooms and creating new variations for students, teachers and institutions. Countries like China, South Korea and United Arab Emirates have integrated AI in their education.
In India, AI is used for streamlining administrative tasks specially for teachers like grading assignments, attendance tracking and maintaining student records.
It provides personalised learning experience that adapt to each student’s unique needs and pace, making it more accessible and effective. With AI tools, I get tailored questionnaires, assignments and content as per my learning styles which helps me identify where I need improvements. AI also provide virtual tutors which are available 24/7, offering immediate help making it more flexible and convenient for everybody.

So, we have discovered that Artificial Intelligence has already made a huge impact on digital world and it’s just getting started. This is why I think that AI has revolutionise digital world and I feel AI is reshaping how we live, work and engage with the digital platforms. From personalised experience to gaining knowledge, I am both fascinated and motivated by the role AI plays in this transformation. I truly believe that the more we accept AI, the more enhanced and elevated digital world we will get around us.
